This isn't just another mommy blog, it's my mommy blog. What I will write about will simply depend on my mood. Anything is possible. Along with being a mommy, I am also a wife, a daughter, a sister and a friend. Sometimes I will be serious and sometimes I will try to be funny, but its all in a days work. Finally!!!!

I apologize for not writing in a while. My New Year resolution is to get back on track.  So what better way then to update you all on my littles ones progress.

It is official!!!  My little one is officially potty trained.  It has been about a little over a month without any hiccups.  She is a "BIG GIRL", that is besides that fact that she is almost four.

It just clicked one day and that was it.  I guess she finally decided it was time.  I was wondering if this day would ever come.  After months, better yet a year and a half, the day has arrived.  I am so proud of her, yet sad at the same time.  As wonderful as it is that she is potty trained, it also means that she is growing up.  My baby is not a baby anymore.

But I am really enjoying the money saved on not buying diapers ;)

  1. Hurry for the potty training. I always loved it when I accomplished that feat. I use to say as we were having children it doesn't matter how many children are in diapers. One more doesn't mean a thing; but it truth it does. This was back in the cloth diaper and plastic pant day. How I would have loved those baby diapers.
Thanks for a cute post today.

  3. It took my 1st child almost 2 yrs. before he was potty trained. Those were stressful days! Now I have 4 grown children (yes, all potty trained Lol!!!) and a new granddaughter. However, I just got a rescue dog a few months ago, and guess what? Not potty trained!!! I'm not having much luck with it, either. Here we go again, stress! Anyway, enjoyed reading your blog---looks great!

  4. Congrats!
Although a different accomplishment... but I finally instilled enough confidence in my daughter to remove the training wheels. She is 7, and bike rides are now better than ever!
I dig the accomplishments of children, no matter the situation. :)
